  1. Friday, i did them, saturday i did them, today i did them. Saturday I still could only do 1.5 min plank. So i did another minute. Today i did all 50 real P.U. it took a little time. my stomach still hurts when i go them but lots less. Here's to ONE WEEK DOWN!
