  1. Good morning~! Hello Day 3. Just got to 'bama in my new phat loft. Did 50 girl push ups + 50 sit ups. Stomach muscle in so much pain hard to get out of bed, wtf

  4. I have learned that I have to do my 50-50 long before I am ready for bed. I woke up so sore this morning.....but it's a good sore!

    I did my 50-50 earlier today so I hope tomorrow won't be as bad.

    Brian saw me doing the plank, and thought it was funny that I thought it was harder than sit ups. Then he tried it...he's not laughing now!
