So, i did 30 regular pushups, 20 girl push ups, + 50 shit ups (whoops)...my abs hurt when i am doing the push ups. but i feel like my core is getting stronger already.
I did my 50 from yesterday -- ball sit ups and girl push ups. going to try for the real push ups tonight!
Got mine in just before midnight!

Two glasses of wine, a full belly and 50 push-ups and sit-ups later -- I finished four minutes before midnight! Wait, what happened to detox?!
