  1. so it has been 6 days and hopefully the 50-50 is becoming a bit of a habit!

    I now have a new motivation to do REAL pushups....when I do girl pushups on my yoga mat or carpet, my knees look like I have rug burn!! I don't want people staring at me like that :-)

  2. I confess to skipping out on my 50:50 yesterday. My sore traps were putting me in a bad mood, so I ate ice cream instead :) Room for others to win now!

  3. Got 'em done before heading off to work. Nothing like doing pushups/situps at 5:30am to get the day rolling.
